My husband and I had a great experience working with Scott.

Not only is he a licensed realtor, but he's also a working real estate appraiser. Because of this he was especially helpful in determining for us which things to upgrade and repair in our old home in order to put it on the market. We would have spent a lot of money that we didn't need to if we didn't have Scott's advice on that. He really knows his stuff. Scott is easy to work with. He's got a great sense of humor and easy going personality. He was able to explain complicated real estate things to me without talking down to me or making me feel stupid. And when things got tricky with negotiating for our new home purchase he was great at going to bat for us. He is honest and hardworking and I actively refer him to all my friends.

"Scott Murray is the real estate agent you’ve been looking for. I just sold my house with Scott as my agent. From start to finish Scott demonstrated superior management in the sale of my home. At our first meeting to discuss the process and the listing price he came extremely prepared. His knowledge of the market combined with his obvious preparation about our home, neighboring comparables, and reviewing other market data impressed me. Throughout the entire process he demonstrated that same highly professional, organized, skillful approach. The house was marketed in a strategic manner that drew a high volume of virtual and in-person viewings of our home. Not only did he read us very well and put us at ease, but he also brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table that enabled us to feel confident in every step of the way despite it being a new process for us. There are very many positive things i could say about Scott but there is one other that i definitely want to share. Right off the bat, both my wife and i felt as if we could trust Scott which was monumental for us. "Ok. I'll have to copy this one, since the system didn't take me to where I could open an account in order to record the GLOWING review for Scott Murray. Make no mistake, Scott Murray is definitely worth it. Here we go again. I was impressed with my first review. I hope I remember everything I included in the first one. Scott took us from introduction through his fiduciary due diligence, which should proceed without exception by all in real estate or any service for that matter. Nevertheless, he explained every step with enough clarity as to elucidate to even those of us who maintain a huge tech-impediment, could understand and thereby make a comfortably informed decision. Furthermore, when we made those decisions, he provided the software with e-Mails that showed us precisely where to sign and initial to expedite all requisites pertaining to the offer, acceptance and final papers. In addition, our idiosyncrasies required by infirmity, residence and availability were met with no hesitation. I cannot imagine how start to finish, anything could be any easier or stress free."
